At Ivy Row, we are committed to delivering your order safely and promptly. Please review the details below regarding our delivery options.

1. Delivery Destinations

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only.

2. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery (UK): 2 to 4 working days after dispatch
  • Express delivery (UK mainland): Next working day when you order by 1pm, Monday to Thursday

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. Delivery Costs

  • Standard delivery: £3.95, free on orders over £50
  • Express delivery: £5.95 (UK mainland only)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at wiseproject.support@gmail.com. We will investigate the matter and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Ivy Row cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
