Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to shop at Ivy Row easily, whatever device you use and however you use it.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Our website was designed with these features:
- Text and buttons with strong colour contrast against their backgrounds.
- Every menu, drawer, tab and slider can be used with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline.
- A "skip to content" link at the top of every page.
- Buttons and links large enough to tap easily on a phone.
- Headings in a logical order, and text descriptions (alt text) for product images.
- Animations switch off if you've turned on "reduce motion" on your device.
- Nothing plays sound automatically. Videos we make have captions or a text alternative.
- Pages that still work when you zoom in to 200%.
Known limitations
We test our website regularly, but some parts may not yet be fully accessible:
- Checkout and payment pages are provided by Shopify and our payment providers, and parts of them are outside our control.
- Some embedded content, such as videos from social media, comes from other platforms.
- Some older product images may not yet have full descriptions.

We aim to reply to accessibility feedback within 5 working days.
About this statement
This statement was prepared on 3 November 2026 based on our own testing. We'll review it at least once a year and whenever we make significant changes to the website.
